India’s Made in Bollywood Military-Media Misadventure

Last week India supposedly ventured into a military adventure against Pakistan. It was not, by any measure a military expedition, rather a carefully orchestrated, well choreographed – Made in Bollywood – anti-Pakistan propaganda, to project, fledgling right-wing Hindu Nationalist, Bharatya Janata Party (BJP) led by the butcher of Gujarat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, ahead of May 2019 general elections. Their entire baseless script has gone sideways, due to poor actors – War-Monger anchors – who failed miserably in compiling a war narrative with their blatant white lies, and poor workmanship in gathering old video clips of dog fight from YouTube for their two-minute sound-byte to demonstrate India is at War. India’s supposed war against Pakistan turned out to be India’s Made in Bollywood Military-Media Misadventure- a propaganda scam which no one – Pakistan, International community, and even Indians are believing. The entire script is unfolding like the layers of an onion, leaving all Indians red-faced and in tears.
The Washington Post headlines, “After Pulwama, the Indian media proves it is the BJP’s propaganda machine.” The New York Times, “India Pakistan conflict was a parade of lies.” Tehran Times, “India’s war-crazy media stoops to new low.” The Tribune, “Lies of Narendra Modi.”
 This entire misadventure by India has proven one thing. The conclusion of Edelman Report at 2019 World Economic Forum in January 2019, “Indian media is most corrupt with NO ETHICS AND RESPONSIBILITY.”
There’s absolutely no ambiguity in anyone’s mind – within and outside India – that this entire misadventure was engineered by the BJP, and Indian War-Crazy media to shore up support for Modi’s BJP, where it has fallen from grace in the polls on an upcoming general election scheduled for May 2019.
Mr. Modi, leader of the BJP is no stranger to resort to any means to justify the end. His entire political career posits on communal violence, contempt towards minorities, and even genocide. All for his vision of India and advancement of Hinduvta – transforming India from its current secular democracy to a nation for Hindus alone where there would be no room for minorities and any other faith – especially Muslims.
He was the mastermind, and Chief Minister of Gujarat during 2002 Godhra Riots – a genocide where more than 2000 Muslims were martyred, and many more thousands displaced.
However, this time his entire propaganda narrative has backfired and in a strange twist of fate, the newly elected Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mr. Imran Khan, with his peaceful approach, and repeated calls for a dialogue, emerging as a world class stateman, has an absolute control on the narrative both from military vantage point of view as well as on the upcoming general elections in India. He has managed to garner more support in India than Modi. As someone mused, if he was to run in an upcoming Indian election for the PM, he would win hands down.
How did the things go wrong for Modi’s BJP?
It does not require a rocket scientist to figure this out. On February 14th, 2019 when the entire Pakistan was caught up in welcoming and important guest and a very close ally, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed Bin Salman, three alleged terrorists, apparently belonging to Pakistan based Jayesh-e-Mohammed (JEM), which India claims to be supporting the Kashmiris in an Indian Occupied Kashmir region of Pakistan killing about forty military forces personnel. Two of the alleged terrorists were killed on the spot, and one captured. The Indian government had him read out a script and blaming Pakistan for being behind the attack. However, the alleged terrorist who was reading the pre-written script, was captured by the Indian authorities two years ago.
Mr. Modi vowed to strike back and seek revenge from Pakistan. Soon afterwards, the War-Crazy Indian media went all out with their war-drums reinforcing the BJP rhetoric. It was paying dividends, Mr. Modi’s popularity began to rise within India as Mr. Modi started talking about a military action and “Surgical Strike.”
Apparently, around 3:30 AM Indian fighter jets crossed the Line of Control (LOC) in Kashmir claiming to destroy the JEM complex in Balakot, Pakistan’s northern province, some eighty to ninety kilometers inside Pakistan, supposedly killing approximately 350 terrorists. Indian media immediately started airing Indian Airforce (IAF) fighter jets dropping bombs.
Pakistan’s Military ISPR took the international media to the crash site which was no where near what the Indians were claiming, rather only seven to eight KM from the LOC. New York Times and Al-Jazeera rejected Indian claims, providing evidence IAF had destroyed only few trees.
A War Movie Made in Bollywood does not get worse than this. Internally within India, an investigative journalist at Alternative News, committed to debunk India’s crooked war-crazy media started unravelling Indian Media and Modi Government lies. The alleged “Surgical Strike” footage being aired by the Indian media was in fact downloaded from Youtube. A combination of two videos posted in 2017. One by Indian showing IAF planes celebrating Indian new year over New Delhi, India, and another one containing Pakistan’s F-16 air show over Islamabad, Pakistan during an Independence Day celebration in 2017.
Next day India sent in several fighter jets into Pakistan crossing the LOC. Pakistan shot down an ancient IAF MIG, and captured the its pilot Abhinandan, a son of an IAF Retired Air Marshall.
By February 28th, Pakistan’s PM Imran Khan had turned the tables on lying Modi’s BJP, fractured Indian Military Brass, and War-Crazy Indian media. He made a passionate and compelling speech in Pakistan’s parliament, extending an olive branch to India for the third time in seventy-two hours. His honest approach and sincerity were interpreted as genuine within India. As one of the former Supreme Court Judges in India told a Pakistani news channel he is more than a cricketer – he is a scholar who has deep knowledge of Indian sub-continent history.
His speech, although made on the floor of Pakistani parliament floor. It was directed at Indian public, specifically Indian voters. As most of the Pakistani may have been scratching their heads wondering hat he was talking about. The Indian scholars studying his speech have concluded that he literally pulled the rug under Modi’s feet, appealing to every voter base in India from Assam to Zamrala – Attacking or exploiting every fault line in Indian politics. Concluding his speech with an announcement of releasing IAF captured pilot within 24 hours.
With the release of IAF captured pilot on March 1st, broadcasted and watched around the globe. Pakistan’s Imran Khan had taken the full control of the narrative and have completely neutralized War-Crazy Indian media narrative on behalf of War-Monger Modi, proving all his nemesis – Modi, and Indian Media – nothing but blatant liars with an agenda to prop up support for Modi’s BJP in an upcoming general election.
