1) Profile:
This should be a succinct, powerful and punchy message that really grabs the reviewer’s attention and explains immediately why you should be a candidate of interest.
Eg: High caliber senior management professional with a demonstrable track record of delivery and transformation, increasing bottom line revenue and improving business processes…
2) Key Achievements:
Key achievements should come above key skills and should be measurable, quantifiable and tangible. What have you delivered, how much money have you made, saved, improved personnel and systems performance, what innovative solutions have you created etc.
3) Skills and experience:
Skills and experience should detail bullet points of things you consider yourself competent to expert at and ideally will highlight the skills required for the position you are applying for.
4)Career History
When detailing your career history, we advise to begin each role with a brief explanation of role and responsibilities then moving on to bullet points highlighting achievements. What is also important to understand here is the ‘so what’ factor, what benefit was realized because of your actions?
