Kamloops Islamic center Joined the Interfaith Kamloops in celebrating World Religion Day

On Sunday, January 19th, Ayesha Mosque took part in celebrating World Religion Day hosted by Interfaith Kamloops at the Parkview Centre. The aim of World Religion Day, held on the third Sunday in January every year, is to promote inter-faith understanding and harmony. Followers of every religion are encouraged to acknowledge the similarities that different faiths have. The Kamloops event offered attendees an opportunity for games, interaction, food, and conversation with a wide diversity of faith community participants.
