Surrey Board of trade Hosts Fiji Trade mission to Surrey

 On March 19, The visiting Fiji Trade Commissioner, jitendra singh welcomed the business community in surrey with a traditional “BULA” - the Fijian expression of Hello.
The role of the Fiji Trade Commission was to promote Fiji as an investment destination and a source of premium products and services.
The event was held at the prestigous Northview Golf & Country Club in Surrey. The program was hosted by Anita Patil Huberman of the Surrey Board of trade which was a partner in the event.
The goal was to attract and secure investment from Canada that would meet fiji Government’s development agenda and will contribute positively to Fiji’s economic growth.
Jitendra talked about the economic climate in Fiji, as well as the Industries that are prevalent in the country and the Services/products that are needed in Fiji.
At the end of his presentation Questions from the audience were answered.
