Survey: 65% of Americans see Bible, Quran and Book of Mormon as ‘expressions of the same truths’

A Survey was conducted by the State of the Bible research teams at American Bible Society and Barna in 2020 with the aim of examining how adults in the United States related to the Bible, what questions they had about God’s Word, and what difference it was making in their lives.
About 3,020 U.S. adults were contacted by two methods of data collection, online surveys and telephone interviews and has a 1.78% plus or minus margin of error.
Among other questions that were asked, one of the questions in the survey was, “The Bible, the Koran and the Book of Mormon are all different expressions of the same spiritual truths.”
21% agreed strongly and 44% agreed somewhat while 17% disagreed Somewhat and 19% disagreed Strongly.
